Working principle: Our cone crusher mainly consists of machine frame, transmission, empty camshaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, adjustment device, adjustment sleeve, spring and hydraulic station used for adjusting gape. When the crusher works, the motor passes through horizontal axis, and then drives the camshaft sleeve to rotate with a pair of bevel gears. Because the crushing cone axis line takes gyration under the driving of camshaft sleeve, the surface of crushing wall sometimes closes to the surface of rolling mortar and sometimes leaves. So the ore is gradually extruded and bended to be crushed in the crushing cavity. The motor drives the big cone gear at the bottom of camshaft sleeve through the fluid coupling and small cone gear. Then the camshaft sleeve rotates to make the cone body move for crushing materials. The main axis of crusher does not move. Only the spherical bush supports the crushing power. Because the main axis of crusher does not move and the camshaft sleeve transmits crushing power, this structure can bear stronger crushing power. This crusher is very suitable for fine crushing and super fine crushing. The crushing power of super fine crushing is very strong.
